The Ordening, the political structure binding the disparate Giant factions, has been shattered by the kidnapping of King Hekaton, leader of the Storm Giants.
Giants are attacking all over the Sword Coast in an attempt to gain power and reform The Ordening with their faction in charge.
Hekaton was being held captive by minions of Slarkrethel, aboard The Morkoth, near Purple Rocks. Freed by the Gang they have returned to The Maelstrom.
